Configurable, not anything-goes custom

The base is the system.

Standardizing the upper keeps the build simpler, faster, and easier to service. The signature piece is the lighted base; the upper can be ours or yours, as long as it uses the correct thread. Standard systems connect directly to a new reinforced M20 insert—without proprietary quick-release hardware.

One of one · Industrial character

No two Chain-Link stands come out the same.

Raw chain becomes a stage sculpture through hundreds of individual welds. Every link, contour, and finish develops its own industrial, grungy character.

Marks, patina, texture, and slight variation are intentional. They are what make each finished stand feel built—not pulled from a catalog.

Built-to-order timing

Tubular LED configurations can take up to four weeks depending on options. Chain-Link configurations generally require four to six weeks. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Questions worth answering

Before you order.

Is this a completely custom mic stand?
No. The system is intentionally configurable rather than open-ended. You choose from a defined base, upper, finish, lighting, and artwork path so the cost and build process stay predictable.
Can I use the LED base with a stand I already own?
Possibly. An M20 × 1.5 connection at the base is required, but thread size alone does not guarantee a safe structural fit. Send the brand/model plus a clear thread measurement before ordering so we can confirm compatibility.
Is a quick release included?
No. Base-only, tubular straight, and tubular boom configurations thread directly into the reinforced M20 × 1.5 insert. The Atlas quick release is a $100 option available only with Chain-Link + LED because it requires additional Atlas hardware and fabrication.
How long will the battery run?
The design target is at least one 4–5 hour show. Final runtime testing is still in progress, and actual runtime will vary with brightness, color, and use.
What does a finished stand typically cost?
The LED base is $465 by itself. Complete tubular straight or boom systems are $525. The standard Chain-Link stand is $545, and Chain-Link with the LED base is $725. Adding the optional Atlas quick release to Chain-Link + LED makes that configuration $825. Shipping is separate.
Can you reproduce any logo or design?
Printable artwork and translucent color options are available within production limitations. We review supplied artwork before confirming that it will reproduce well in the base.
