⏳ Return Window

Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to start the return process.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products or services
  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., name or color customizations)
  • Clearance, final sale, or reduced-price items

📦 Return Shipping

If your item is damaged or defective, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping. Returns for any other reason are not accepted.

💳 Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at CreativeEntLLC@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
