Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to start the return process.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days after we receive the item.

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.

If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at CreativeEntLLC@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Weโ€™ll make it right.
