Shipping policy
Thanks for shopping with Creative Enterprises, LLC. Here's how shipping works.
📍 Where I ship
- United States and Canada: everything in the store.
- Other countries: Epic RV Merch only (shirts, hoodies, mugs, stickers and other printed merch). The stuff I make in my shop ships to the US and Canada only. If checkout gives you a shipping rate, it ships to you.
💰 Shipping costs in the US
- Free on the small stuff I make. TV clips, pump feet, magnets and a bunch of other small items ship free anywhere in the US, no matter how many you order. If an item ships free, the product page says so.
- Epic RV Merch: flat $4.99, and free once the merch in your order hits $45.
- Everything else (mic stands and bigger shop items): the rate is based on weight and shows up at checkout.
💰 Shipping costs outside the US
Calculated at checkout. Canada orders for things I make go UPS.
🚚 Processing time
- Orders usually ship within 2 to 5 business days.
- Merch is printed when you order it and ships from my print partner, so it comes in its own box. If you order merch and something I made, expect separate packages.
- Custom and made-to-order items (like mic stands) take longer. The build time is on the product page.
📦 Delivery time
- Standard shipping usually takes 5 to 10 business days after it ships. International takes longer.
- Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx) are out of my hands, but I'll help you track it down.
💻 Digital downloads
Nothing ships. You get the download right after checkout.
📬 Lost or stolen packages
- Once the carrier marks a package delivered, I'm not responsible if it gets lost or stolen.
