Tired of constantly adjusting your horizontal band saw to cut 45-degree angles? If your saw’s adjusters are wearing out or you just want a faster, more convenient setup, this clamp-on 45-degree jig is the perfect solution.
Instead of loosening bolts and fine-tuning your saw’s angle plates every time, simply keep your main plate straight and clamp on this precision jig. It’s designed for quick, repeatable 45-degree cuts without the hassle.
Also included is a 1.36" x 1.36" x 5" precision spacer with radiused edges, which fits snugly inside 1.5" angle iron. So instead of cutting one side at a 45 then re-setting up the saw to cut the other side, you just invert the angle iron and put the spacer in so you can clamp it securely. This has saved me A LOT of time.
The most recent version shown in black in the pics has reinforcement added in the middle that also acts as a holder for the spacer when in storage!
